How to Get Started with Your Marketing Project
After we receive your email requesting a free quote, we will email you and ask some basic questions about your project. At this stage, our goal is to make sure we understand the scope of your project, your reasons for undertaking the project, and the amount of assistance you will need from us. Once we have enough background information we will send you our quote.

Assuming you are happy with our quote, we will send you a work agreement that includes complete pricing information, project details, deadlines, and the deposit required to get started. Once you accept the agreement and pay the initial deposit, you will receive a brief questionnaire about your business and the project.

Timeframe
The agreement will specify the day when we will start your project and an estimate of the completion date. For Marketing Taxi, deadlines are sacrosanct – we have never missed one!

Pricing
Unlike some marketing firms who charge an hourly rate, all of our projects are quoted on a per-project basis. That way you know exactly what you will be charged for the complete project. Our goal is to quote you a price that is fair and reasonable.

Approvals
Most projects take roughly one to three weeks to complete. After we have finished, we will email our work to you for your comments. Most clients are completely satisfied with our first effort, but if revisions are needed we will make them at this stage.

Scheduling Your Project
In a typical month, we are usually booked one to three weeks ahead, although shorter projects such as news releases or company memos can often be handled on a shorter timeframe. Certainly if you have a pressing deadline to meet, we will do all we can to get your project started promptly. We try to be flexible!

Payment Options
The initial project deposit and final payment can be made with your Visa, Mastercard, or bank check using the PayPal payment process. There are no extra fees for using PayPal and the payment process is secure, convenient, and completely confidential. By using PayPal, we never see your credit card or bank information. When a new payment is due, we send you an invoice via email with a link to the PayPal web site. Once you are there the entire transaction can be completed in a matter of minutes.
